Following the EQAO assessments of the 2016–2017 school year, it is worth noting trends in student achievement in mathematics for Grade 9 Ontario students.

* Provincial results for the Grade 9 Assessment of Mathematics were not available in 2015. Due to labour disruptions, not all schools participated that school year.

** In 2016, secondary schools in the Trillium Lakelands District School Board did not participate in the assessments due to ongoing labour issue.
